La grippe vue par un osteopathe

Le site Osthéopathie-France publie le témoignage de Pierre Tricot, ostéopathe, sur sa vision de la grippe H1N1 :
« Je suppose que vous aussi, êtes abreuvés d’informations relatives à la « future pandémie » de grippe A, que ce soit par les médias habituels ou par Internet. Une des choses qui m’agace particulièrement par rapport à ces infos, c’est qu’elles nous placent à un niveau d’effet absolu, nous faisant croire que nous ne pouvons rien faire pour nous préserver, ni pour nous en guérir si jamais nous sommes atteints.
Or, lors de la traduction du livre de Zachary Comeaux Incendie sur la prairie, l’an passé, je me suis rappelé qu’il faisait parler deux GIs américains rentrant chez eux à la fin de la guerre de 1914-1918, pour y être démobilisés. Ces deux GIs parlaient de la pandémie de grippe espagnole de 1918, ayant fait plus de 40 millions de morts de par le monde et disaient qu’aux USA, les ostéopathes, grâce à leurs traitements manipulatifs, avaient obtenus des statistiques de mortalité notablement plus basses que celles des médecins ayant traité la maladie à l’aide de leurs remèdes habituels (le même constat vaut d’ailleurs pour les homéopathes).
Alors, je me suis mis en quête de textes ostéopathiques traitant de la question et expliquant comment ils s’y prenaient. J’en ai trouvé deux récents que j’ai traduits et mis en ligne sur le site Internet de l’approche tissulaire.
J’ai également mis un extrait de Recherche et pratique dans lequel Still parle de la grippe et de la manière dont il la traitait. »
Le site publie également des extraits intéressants de ces articles.
Etonnant alors que l’ostéopathie soit exclue des dispositifs adoptés…
